Individual
- Affiliation / association with a National Organization uniquely focused on Training & Development.
- Remaining updated with the latest developments Experiments & Experiences in the continually changing Training and Development field in India and overseas.
- Provide opportunity to participate in National and International forums / events for exchange of ideas, views and information – Learning through rich interactions.
- Extending / securing valuable support of experienced professionals / experts in the conduct of training and development.
- Having easy access to opportunities to contribute to professional activities / accunmenship through ISTD, in organizing programs training, consultancy assignments, etc.
- Participating in National Conventions and Seminars / Training Programs and other training related activities of ISTD at concessional / discounted tariff.
- Receiving ISTD’s well sought after quarterly magazine, “The Indian Journal of Training and Development (IJTD)”.
- Receiving ISTD News, through the quarterly Newsletter, on the Society’s activities and the Newsletter of the Chapter affiliated to.
- Receiving other ISTD publications at special discounted prices.
- Free access to ISTD’s well-stocked ‘Library’ and Research / Training documents.
- Serve as Faculty for MDPs and Contact classes and conduct Project studies etc.
- Participation in Conferences, Seminars cum Exhibition of IFTDO, ARTDO and ASTD and training programs (MDP’s) organized by ISTD at concessional tariffs.
- Participate in ‘Meetings, Workshops, Seminars, Conventions, Film shows, Lectures etc.’ at Chapter and National levels.
- May become valued Member / Head of ISTD Subject Committee(s) e.g. Programs, IJTD, Diploma, NATAD, Awards Committee etc.
- May get elected as NC Member and Office-bearer at Chapter / National levels.
- Entitled for ‘Best Member’, ‘Fellowship’ etc. awards.
- Issued updated Directory of Life Members and ISTD Lapel Pin.
- Photo Identity Card and Life Membership Certificate for Life Members.
Institutional
- Free membership of the ISTD to any two nominated eligible employees of the ‘Institution Organization’ nominated by the organization.
- Receive ISTD’s esteemed quarterly Journal - IJTD.
- Invitation to institution / organization with concessions on all the programs, seminars and training events.
- Preferential treatment in outsourcing the projects to member institutions awarded to ISTD, by its clients.
- Free access to ISTD Library and research documents / papers.
- Provide assistance to member institutions in development through faculty assistance, knowledge bank & visibility through various forums.
- Opportunities to Synergies with other member institutions and ISTD, for business development in common areas of interest.
- Access to Trainers database, project reports and information being maintained by ISTD.
- Assistance in the conduct of MDP’s and project related to HRD and Training.
- Action as knowledge / Information & Research Tool Bank to Member Institutions / Organizations on all aspects pertaining to HR & T & D.
